Housing “Oka Premium” 4* was opened on September 23, 2010. The ceremony of the opening was attended by Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Shantsev V.P., General Manager of the Grand Hotel “Oka” Krivenkov S.M., Chairman of the Volga-Vyatka Bank of Sberbank of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod Kudryavtseva I.V., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Hotel Complex “Oka” Brodnikov S.M.

The governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region said in his congratulatory speech: “We are opening a new housing of one of the best hotels in Nizhny Novgorod and the region, which has all facilities and high quality service. Modern and comfortable housing will help the development of the tourism industry in the region.”

The total investment of the project amounted to about 1.2 billion rubles, 70% of which are borrowed funds, 30% - own. The project was implemented with the help of the Ministry of support and development of small business, consumer market and services of Nizhny Novgorod Region under the Regional Program “Development of inbound and domestic tourism in 2007-2011”. The total volume of financial and credit support was more than 20.5 million rubles.

Housing “Oka Premium” includes: 139 comfortable rooms of higher category, modern conference center, fitness club “Fitness Life”. Development of the hotel infrastructure and high level of service made it possible to the Grand Hotel “Oka” to confirm the category of “4 stars” in the Russian national system.

Grand Hotel “Oka” is the hotel with 2 buildings: “Oka Business” (3*) and “Oka Premium” (4*). Currently the Grand Hotel has more than 420 rooms. For the Guests it offers: Entertainment complex “Capital Club”, restaurant “Oka”, cafe, lobby bar, conference center, beauty salon, dental office, fitness club, sauna, parking, legal services, booking of air and rail tickets. The hotel was opened in 1975. In 2001-2005 it was reconstructed and repaired. In 2007 the hotel became the winner in several categories in the competition “Nizhny Novgorod hospitality” between the leading hotels of the city and region. Infrastructure of the hotel allows relaxing and working not only for the Guests of Nizhny Novgorod but also for the citizens.
