Grand Hotel “OKA” provides visa support to obtain single entry tourist visa (please indicate the correct purpose of the trip – “Tourism”)

For visa support for obtaining single entry tourist visa please fill out the following documents:

• Guest’s Questionnaire (please be sure to write your e-mail)
• Application for a personal tour
• Letter of guarantee

Completed documents must be sent by fax:

Execution of documents 1-4 banking days

To contact the embassy of the Russian Federation we will provide you with the following documents:

Voucher from the hotel confirming the booking.

Confirmation from the travel agency on the reception of tourists in Nizhny Novgorod.

Voucher for the provision of tourism services

Copies of these documents are required at the border crossing and passport control.

Cost of visa support - 1500 rub. (Registration is made within 2-3 days)

We ask you to attach a copy of your credit card from both sides.

In the case of non-residence or booking after the paperwork we will transfer from your credit card the amount in accordance with the payment order.
